Carrot rice
Carrot rice tastes great and can be eaten without stew.😍
Steps

Put oil in cooking pot and let it heat.

Add garlic and let it cook for a minute.

Add in the grated carrots and salt, cover the cooking pot to let it cook for a minute.

Add chopped onions and let them cook for 1 minute.

Wash the rice and add it in the cooking pot, stir until the carrot and rice mix properly.

Add in the water and tumeric and stir.

Cover the pot and let it cook at medium heat until it dries. Do not stir.

Serve with favorite stew
