Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsrava
  2. 1 cupfinally chopped veg
  3. 1 tbspeno
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspchopped Coriander
  6. 1 bunch chopped mint leaves
  7. 1 tbspchopped curry leaves
  8. 500 mlbuttermilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl seive the semolina. Add buttermilk & salt mix properly add some water if needed. Keep aside for 2 hours.

    After 2 hours add chopped veg. Mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Now add eno mix it gently.

  4. 4

    Now grease idli stand with oil pour idli batter cook 10-15 mins. Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
