300 GMarbi finely chopped
2onion finely chopped
1tomato finely chopped
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric masala
1 tspkitchen king masala
1 tspjeera

Steps

Firstly take a pan heat oil and fry arbi veg.

Other side take other pan heat oil add jeera, onion cook it till them soft after add tomato and after 2 min add all spices mix it well.

Cook again for 2min now add fried arbi veg mix it.

At last cook for 5-6 min.

Serve with chapatis.
