Wheat flour donuts

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add butter to it. Mix well.

Add powdered sugar, baking Soda, baking Powder, and vanilla essence to the mixture. Mix well.

Add yogurt to the mixture. Mix to get a crumbled texture

Add required warm milk little by little to get smooth dough. Cover and set aside the dough for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven.

Dust the working surface with little flour and knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes. Roll it into a thick circle.

Use a sharp corner round glass and cut into small disk

Carefully drop doughnuts into hot oil, a few at a time.

Fry, turning once, for 3 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels.

For glazed doughnuts, Melt chocolate and cream in a safe microwave bowl or double boiler

Combine until it’s smooth and glossy.

Once cooled dunk each donut in the glaze.

Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before you serve.
