For dough... Take maida and knead it to a soft dough with lukewarm water. Keep aside

For stuffing... Take paneer, cube it and mix all the ingredients of stuffing section and marinate for 1/2 hour.

Now take a pan and add 1 tsp of oil and cook the marinated paneer till golden on high flame stirring occasionally.

Now divide the dough in equal portion and make small balls of it and make parata of it. Do not flip the parata. Remove from the flame.

Now add 1 tsp of oil on tawa and make omelette of the beaten egg.. Sprinkle salt to it. Now add parata over the egg and now flip the omelette with parata. Stuff it and fry it and roll it

Restaurants style paneer kathi rolls are ready to serve.. Serve it hot with ketchup and chutney.
