Cottege cheese cubes cooked in a rich spinach sauce.
Steps

Blanch the spinach in hot water. Drain under cold water to retain colour. Blend to make a puree and keep aside.

In a frying pan put 1/4 cup oil and stir fry the cheese cubes. Wen slightly goldenish in colour remove and put in a bowl of warm salty water.

In a pan add the other 1/4 cup oil heat and add onions. Fry till golden brown in colour. Add garlic stir fry and then add pureed tomatoes.

Cook till tomatoes are slightly cooked then add all the spices and cook till the gravy thickens and oil surfaces on top.

Add the blended spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add cream and a little hot water and let it cook.

Strain the cheese cubes and add to the gravy.. simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with chapati or rice.
