Ingredients

For Kadhi---
2 cupscurd
2 tspbesan
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspDhania powder
to tasteSalt
For Tadka--
As neededOil
1/2 tspJeera
pinchHing
1/2 tspMethi dana
as neededcurry leaves
1 tspCrushed garlic

Steps

Mix all the ingredients mentioned for kadhi and cook on a slow to medium flame.

It will take around 15-20 minutes to cook nicely.

For Tadka--take kadahi, add oil to it now add all the things mentioned for Tadka and let them crackle and bow add this Tadka to the cooked kadhi.

Now kadhi is ready to serve.

Enjoy with rice or roti.
