Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 4big sized potato
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspchat masala
  4. 1 tspblack salt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt according

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take potato,peel it and cut in long and thin pieces.

  2. 2

    Wash it nicely,put in cloth and wipe it.

  3. 3

    Take out in paper,heat the oil nicely,then slowly fry the small - small quantity of potato,till crispy and Brown.

    Fry all of them and take in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Now add all spices and mix it.

  6. 6

    Enjoy the crispy potatoes in eve snacks in rainy season.
