Ingredients

  3. 8 tbspSugr
  4. 4 tbspbutter
  5. Cloves5
  6. Cloves5
  7. 1 pinchfood color
  8. 125 gmmilk
  9. Nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice properly and boil with zarda colour n cloves till become half done.

    Drain the remaining water.
    Now in a microwave proof mixing bowl add sugar, clarified butter, nuts n half done rice mix it well.

    Then put the bowl in microwave for 8 minutes on 100% M.

    2 minutes before take out the bowl add kewra essence, saffron and solid milk by hand.

    And put the bowl again in microwave.
    Then take out zarda in a dish and serve it.
