In one bowl mix flour,salt and yeast.Add water and knead well to get a soft dough.

In another bowl,mix flour, sugar and yeast.Add water and knead well to get a soft dough.

Cover the doughs for 20 minutes until it doubles.

Take one dough at a time and roll to get a big circle.Put one dough on the other,roll well.

Cut using a string or knife.Cover for 15 minutes.

Deep fry.

Add sugar syrup on the saganoti.Serve and enjoy.
