Boil your beans and keep the broth.

Heat your Sufuria, Add some Cooking oil, add the onions and cook for 3minutes. Add your garlic and ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add your tomatoes and cook well. Add the carrots, cook for 2 minutes. Add the beans, mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Now add the groundnuts and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes then remove from fire, cover and let it simmer.

Serve with chapati or rice. Enjoy!
