In a sauce pan, heat 1 cup of water.
Add 1/4 tsp Haldi Powder - 2
Add semolina and simmer down the flame. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 mins. Do not overcook it. Cool it down.

In a bowl, mashed potatoes and add cooked suji, salt, coriander leaves along with oil. Mix well.

Prepare fingers using this mixture.
Fingers can be pan fried, deep fried or airfried in preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 12-14 mins. - 5
Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
