Ingredients

  • 2large potaoes
  • 2 tblsmaida
  • 2 tblscornflour
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack papper
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • Chilled water
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes into chips style. (cut thick veges)

    Take a small bowl and add conrn flour, maida, spice all together.

    Add water and make paste. Pour it on the veges mix it and fry on high flame till golden brown.
