Ingredients

  1. 250 gmschicken mince
  2. 2 tspfried onion
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tspzeera powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspkewra water
  11. Few springs of mint leaves
  12. as neededCheese
  13. 2eggs
  14. 1 1/2 tsp breadcrumbs
  15. as neededCoal for dum

Cooking Instructions

    Grind the chicken mince, chillies, fried onions, zeera powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, mint leaves, salt and red chilli powder to get a smooth mixture. Add kewra water and mix well. Give coal dum for the smokey flavour. Set aside for 1 hour.

    Spread a tbsp of the mince mixture on a well oiled plastic sheet, place a another sheet over it and press well with a flat plate to get a roti like mince sheet. You can also use your local puri make to press the mince.

    Place half a slice of cheese in the centre. Start rolling the mince sheet carefully with the help of a knife. Secure the ends with help of your fingers.

    Roll the seekh in bread crumbs and set aside. Beat 2 eggs in a shallow plate. Dip the seekh in the egg and deep fry. Shahi Seekh is ready to Enjoy!!
