2 cupsidli batter
2-3 tspsemolina
1 cupchopped green onion
1 tspcrushed ginger chilli
1 tspcumin seeds
8-10curry leaves
As per tasteSalt
OptionalIf required add a pinch of baking soda
As requiredOil for deep frying

Add semolina into the idli batter and rest it for 10 minutes.

Then add rest of the ingredients except oil in it.

Heat a Kadhai and put oil in it.

Then deep fry them by making small fritters.

Now your green onion punugullu is ready.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
