Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupsboiled potatoes cut into cubes
  2. 1/2 cupgreen Coriander chutney
  3. 1/2 tbsphing or asafoetida
  4. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  8. 1 tbsplime juice

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Put hing in it.

  2. 2

    Now put green coriander chutney. Add potatoes and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt,red chilli powder and garam masala. Turn off the gas.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle lime juice over it.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with matthi or besan ke sev.

  6. 6

    Happy cooking and happy eating.
