First we will clean sprouts and keep them aside then take potato and all vegetables keep them aside.

Now we will prepare for tadka, take 1.5 tablespoon of oil in a pan now when oil become heat add cumin seeds,hing when it will sizzle add onion,green chilli in it when colour of onion become Golden then add tomato mix well now add onion garlic paste in it finally saute them at medium stove when colour of paste become Golden then add potato fry them well add garam masala, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and coriander powder salt also mix well.

Now add mung sprouts and mix well and cover pan at medium stove for 7-8 minutes.Now open pan add 2.5 glass water,cover up pan for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes sabji will prepare to serve add coriander leaves for garnish.serve with rice and chapati.
