Mix all the dry ingredients together

Add milk slowly as you mix until you achieve the right consistency

Let the dough sit for ten Minutes

Heat oil. As the oil heats spread the dough and cut into round circles...a bigger one then a smaller one inside. Proportionality is key. Keep reusing the cut outs

Once your oil is hot enough add the cut pieces into the hot oil. Let one side brown before flipping the other side

Serve with hot chocolate, milk or tea
