Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Potatoes
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Few beans
  4. Halfcup peas
  5. Halfcapsicum
  6. Onions
  7. Garlic
  8. Green chilles
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Pav Bhaji Masala
  11. Lemon juice
  12. Fresh coriander leaves chopped fine
  13. Table butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook till little bit done

  2. 2

    Add spices and mix properly. Cook again.

  3. 3

    Boil chopped vegetables and add in the pan. Mash nicely. Keep on adding water and cook till done.

    It will have nice colour

  5. 5

    Transfer in a bowl and garnish with chopped onions and coriander. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve with buttered Pav
