Ingredients

  • Chicken_Tikka_Karhai
  • Chicken manirate ingredients
  • 5-6 tbspYogurt
  • 1 tbspRed chili crushed
  • 1 tbspRed chili powder
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • Jaifel jawatri powder half tsp
  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • Zarda color half tsp
  • 1 kgChicken
  • Manirate_Chicken_Direction
  • Take a bowl add Yogurt, Red chili crushed,Red chili powder,
  • Salt, Ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, Jaifel jawatri powder, Garam masala,
  • Zarda color
  • Then mix all the ingredients and add chicken & mix in batter
  • Keep for 1 hour to manirate
  • Ingredients for karhai.
  • Oil half cup
  • Onion 1 chopped big size
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspRed chili crushed
  • Red chili powder 1 & hald tbsp
  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • Salt as your taste
  • Water half cup
  • Tomato 3-4 chopped
  • Fried chicken tikka
  • Green chili 10-12 slice cut
  • Water half cup

Steps

  1. 1

    Karahi direction..
    Heat a wok on medium heat and pour oil in it.

  2. 2

    Now add onion, saute for a while.

  3. 3

    Then add ginger garlic paste and cook 3-4 mins.

  4. 4

    Then add red chili powder, red chili crushed, garam masala, salt.

  5. 5

    Then add half cup water, mix well, turn up heat to high. Then add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are tender.

  6. 6

    Using spoon, try to chop tomatoes until well mashed up.

  7. 7

    Now add in cooked chicken tikka, stir and let it simmer for a while till well blender in the curry.

  8. 8

    Add green chilies and water. Cover the lid & let it simmer gently for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Serve hot with garnishing of ginger and green chilli.
