First, in a bowl mix rava, atta, curd and all veggies, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda. Let it sit for 10 mins at least.

Now heat a tawa or a pan pour some oil on it and after tht add mustard seeds and curry leave when they start crackling.

Pour 2 big tbsp batter on it spread in a circle cook evenly from both side. Healthy delicious breakfast is ready serve with chutney or sauce.

Tips : Add veggies as per your choice you can decrease or increase quantity too.

Fine rava will make it more tasty.
