Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

Clean the pangasius fish, remove the bones, and cut it into pieces. Pat the fish dry, then marinate with all the seasonings above, using 1 tablespoon of each. Mix well and let the fish absorb the flavors for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Add about 3 tablespoons of oil to a skillet—just enough to shallow fry, not deep fry. Heat over medium heat, then fry the fish pieces. When done, place the fish on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve with ketchup. Kids especially enjoy this dish because the fish is boneless.

Nấu ăn đòi hỏi một sự đam mê và đặt niềm vui . Nấu ăn còn phải biết cách trình bày khi kết thúc món ăn với cách bày trí đó là một nghệ thuật sáng tạo cho người thưởng thức một cách ngon miệng, nên tôi dành tất cả sự đam mê trong nấu ănCooking requires passion and the ability to find joy in it. It also calls for the art of presentation — turning the final dish into a creative experience that delights the senses. That’s why I pour all of my passion into cooking.
