Egg Masala
Steps

Wash and chop all the vegetables.

Boil the eggs, peel them and cut eggs into long slices.

Take a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion, cook it till it turn golden.

Now add chopped carrot and capsicum, add all the spices and cook for few minutes.

Now add little water, cook for 2 minutes then transfer the slices of egg into the pan.

Mix all the ingredients, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame once it's cooked, sprinkle chopped coriander.

Delicious Masala egg is ready, serve it with paratha.
