Ingredients

6 pieceFish
1 tspGarlic paste
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 cupoil for frying
1/2 tspAjwain
2 tbspbesan
1/2 tsprice flour
1/3 tspgreen chilli
to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
PinchBlack pepper

Steps

First marinated the fish pieces with lemon salt,garlic paste for 10 minutes

Take a bowl to make a thick better of Besan add Besan,water,rice flour,green chilli,salt,pepper,ajwain mix all together
3

Dip fish pieces into the Besan better and fry it serve with mayo and 🥗 salad
