Steps

Take a pan add water then add sewiya and little salt. Let it boil.

When sewiya is boiled then remove the water.

Now take a pan add oil. When oil is medium to heat then add cumin seed.

Now add onion,potato,tomato and capsicum statue it for few seconds.

Now cover the pan and cook it for 7-8 mins on medium flame. Then add all spices and saute it for few seconds.

Add sewiya and saute it for few seconds. Now switch off the flame.

Serve hot hot jave.
