4Medium size potato
As requiredOil for fry
1/2 bowlArrowroot flour
1medium size cheese,
To tastesalt

Steps

1

First take potato & boil in cooker. Mash potato in bowl,add Arrowoot, grate some cheese.

Mix all thing properly and make round tikkis as per below shown, make eyes with the help of pencil back side and mounth design with the help of spoon back side.

Fry both sides all the tikis on medium flame and here farari smiley ready to serve.
