Steps

First of all grate carrots, beetroots. Finely chop onion, capsicum and chilli. Fry some peanuts.

Place a kadhai on flame add oil and then put Onion into it then add capsicum and shallow fry it. Add mashed potatoes beetroot and carrots in it. Add peanuts and salt. Fry it for sometime.

Add 1tbsp of garam masala into it fry it properly. Let it coolake oval shape balls of it. Now in a bowl make a batter of maida and cornflour. Add salt to it. Now place the balls into it and then into the bread crumbs. Repeat for all. Now keep it into fridge for 10minutes.

Heat oil and then place the balls into it. Deeply fry it. Serve it with sweet or sour chutneys.
