  • 1whole Chicken
  • onions
  • curry
  • maggi
  • Garlic,salt
  • ginger
  • water
  • oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut your chicken into pieces

  2. 2

    Wash and chop your onions,garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add everything into a pot of boiling and cook untill tender

  4. 4

    Sieve out the water and transfer the chucken into a hot frying pan and roasst until dry.

  5. 5

    Meanwhile heat oil and fry until crisp and golden
