Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack chana boiled
  2. 1big onion chopped
  3. 1big tomatoes chopped
  4. 1/2 cupshimla mirchi chopped
  5. 1/2 cupcarrot chopped
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1/2 tspchana masala powder
  10. pinchchaat masala
  11. pinchoregano
  12. pinchsalt
  13. As needed cheese
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. As neededcoriander leaves chopped

Cooking Instructions

    First take cooker add black chana soak add some salt and do 3-4 whistle.

    Take kadai add some oil after that add onion chopped.

  3. 3

    Onion changes colour in light brown add tomatoes sauté for few second add shimla mirchi,carrot sauté for few second.

    After that add all dry ingredients sauté for few second add cheese and chana boiled sauté for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve hot topping with cheese

    If you want u can add sev or anything u like....

  7. 7

    Enjoy black chana salsa chaat 😉
