Boil 6 cups of water adding salt. Add noddles. Boil for 4 minutes. Drain water. In bowl add potato, paneer,salt,red chilli powder, noodles,chat masala, chilli flakes. Mix well. In a bowl make thin batter mixing flour, cornflour,salt, Black pepper powder with water. Make small balls of noodle mixture,Give flat shape,dip into batter, roll on breadcrumbs and deep fry into oil. Serve with sauce.
