Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMilk
  2. 1 bowlSugar
  3. 1/2 bowlWater
  4. 7-8Kasar
  5. 10-12Cashew
  6. 7-8Almond
  7. 6-7Pista
  8. 1/2 tspcaradam powder
  9. 6 Bread
  10. As neededCookin oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    First of all we will take a bowl and add into sugar and water,half lemon and cook it untill when all sugar are disolve.

    After boil it we will add into Kesar,cardaman powder, 3 tbsp of sugar suryp and cook it on low flame.

    After that we will take a pan or kadayi and add into our milk and cook it untill boil on high flame.

  4. 4

    After 30 minutes we will see that milk is almost reduse and it's very thick now..now we will add some Cashew,some almonds and some pista,,we will stir continuosly.

    After sometime our milk is ready

    Now we will take a kadayi and add into oil and after it is hot we will cut bread into triangle shape and fry for 1 minute only

  7. 7

    Our milk is cool now...now we will take a bread piece and dip in sugar syrup and keep it in plate or bowl and add our delicious milk and add dry fruits..it is ready now
