1 lmilk
1 tspvinegar
To tasteSalt
As neededChopped capsicum
Aa neededChopped carrot
To tastechopped coriander leaves

Steps

Take milk in a pan. Let it boil.

Add all the chopped vegetables in it.

Now add vinegar to it. When the milk starts curdling strain in a muslin cloth. Let it rest for few minutes. Now it's ready to use.

U can just shallow fry this or u can just eat it as it is.
