Take a frying pan and heat ghee, then add grated carrot and sweet potato and saute it for 5 minutes.

Then add milk till all the water evaporates and till it has a paste like consistency.

Then add sugar, mava and elaichi powder and cook well.

When it dries then add dry fruits and put in a bowl.

Garnish it with chopped dry fruits. Carrot and sweet potato halwa ready.
