Steps

Grind the bread slices in the mixer and make fine powder of it.

In a Non stick pan add ghee, sugar, fine powder of bread, milk and cardamom powder, mix all the ingredients well and continuously give a stir till the mix starts leaving the edges of a pan.

Cool down the mix lightly and roll it to balls and flatten slightly.

Let it set for half an hour. Bread pedes are ready to serve.
