  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1/2 cupurad dal
  3. 2 tbspchana dal
  4. 1 tspmethi Dana/ fenugreek seeds
  5. 1/4 cuppoha
  6. 2 tbspgrated paneer
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  9. as requiredOil/ghee/butter for greasing
  10. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add rice, urad dal,chana dal, fenugreek seeds mix and wash with 3-4 times. Soak in water for 4 hours, cover with lid. Keep aside.

    Drain out water and take a mixer jar add soaked dal and poha, mix well. Make fine batter for make fine paste add water as per required for nice consistency. Pour dosa batter in a bowl. Add salt, cover with lid & wrap wollen cloth. Now for fermentation keep in warm place for 8 hours.

    Now pour the batter in a bowl. Check it consistency, add little water if required.

    Heat a non stick Dosa Tava on high heat. Sprinkle water and wipe with a cloth. Pour a spoonful of dosa batter and spread evenly with ladle to make dosa. Cook it on a medium heat. Pour some drops of oil/ghee/butter on the top and sides.

    When it's cooked from one side,flip it and cook it from another side too. Now for garnishing, sprinkle with grated paneer and black pepper powder over the RICE DOSA.

    Serve delicious RICE DOSA with sambhar and coconut chutney. Enjoy!!
