Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsev
  2. 4tomato finely chopped
  3. 2-3 tbsoil
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  6. 1/2 pinchasafoetida
  7. 1 tspCorriender powder
  8. 1 tspginger grated
  9. 2green chilli finely chopped
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  12. To tastesalt
  13. 2-3 tbspcorriender leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat a wok add 1/2tsp of black mustard seeds,a1/2tsp of cuminseeds to it.Add 1/2pinch of asafoetida,1/2tsp turmericpowder,finely chopped green chilli,an inch of grated ginger,4 finely chopped tomatos,a tsp of corriender powder,a tsp of redchillipowder to it.

    Add3/2tsp of salt to it & cook while covering it for 3 mints on medium flame.A fter a while add a cup of water to it & let it simmer for a while.Add a cup of sev,a1/4tsp garammasala some finely chopped green corrienderleaves to it &stir well.

    Cover &cook it on low medium flame for 5 mints.The curry will be cooked after 5 mints.Sev tomato sabji is ready to bebserved.Garnish it with finely chopped green corrienderleaves.Serve it along with paratha,chapati,Rice,or any thing u desire.
