  1. 25 gmspoha
  2. 100 gmsCurd
  3. 2 tbspchopped carrot
  4. 2 tbspchopped capcicum
  5. 1 tbspchopped onion
  6. 3tbap chopped corriender leaves
  7. 2green chilli chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tbspfried ground nuts
  11. 8curry leaves
  12. 1 tspsugar
  13. 1 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    First, put the poha in a bowl and pour water on it. Then put the curd on that and mix well.

    Then put capcicum, carrot, corriender leaves, green chilli, salt, augar on that and mix well.

    Take one tadka tawa put some oil and make it hot. Then put curry leaves and mustard seeds on that. Fry it for 1 min. Then put this in the curd mix poha. Put some ground nuts on that and mix well. Finally curd poha is ready to serve.
