Firstly take a dip bottam dish add all purpose flour and salt and 1/2 tbsp oil make a hard dough

Now take a wok add oil and heat it now make a small roll make a small puri and fry it fry all matri like this.

Namkeen matri is ready to serve,serve it with hot tea
