Yamrita with catfish soup
I like catfish and i really enjoy it
Steps

Cut yam into round then peel it cut into medium sizes then wash the yam.

Add them to a pot pour in water then add some salt cook the yam to tender

Drain and allow it to cool completely add flour and corn flour and dried celery and turmeric mix together mix well.

Then crack eggs in a bowl add seasoning cubes and curry whiskwell then dip yam in eggs then coat with flour mixture heat oil in a pan then fry them till golden brown and crispy.

Add little oil in a pan with onions then add scotch bonnet, add ginger and garlic coriander, add rodo to it and black pepper allow to fry a bit

Then add water add seasoning cubes allow to boil for to minutes then add fish and allow to cook check and adjust taste. Enjoy
