Left over roti dhokla
Steps

Make a small pieces of roti, pour little water and curd in it and keep aside for 5 minutes. After that grind it in mixer.

Combine roti mixture, semolina, salt, ginger and chilli paste, turmeric powder and water if required to make smooth batter. Mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Add eno give a quick stir and add into the greased plate. Now place the plate into the pre heated dhokla stand and cook for 10 minutes.

Now cool down the mix and cut into pieces.

For tempering heat the oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds let it crackle than add curry leaves and green chillies in it. Tempering is ready. Pour it on dhokla. Garnish with coriander.

Roti dhokla is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney.
