Steps

Wash lotus stem carefully and cut into small pieces. Pressure cook until it becomes soft.

Wash gram pulse.Slice one onion,6-7 garlic cloves all whole garam masala. Take all the ingredients and pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles.

When both the ingredients cool down.Grind it carefully.

Now add finely chopped onion, garlic,coriander,green chilli roasted gram,Salt and kewda water.And mix nicely.

Shape them like Pattice.

Shallow fry them with the help of oil.

Serve hot with green chutney and sliced onion.
