Ingredients

  • 1 jarlassi
  • 1 bowlbesan
  • To tastesalt
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2potatoes finely chopped
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbspGarlic and ginger paste
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a wok boil the Kadhi.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste and chopped potatoes and cook for 3-4 mins.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped onion and all spices and cook for 3-4 mins.

  4. 4

    After 3-4 mins, add boiled Kadhi mix it well.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve.
