Ingredients

  • 1 bowlkaali urad daal
  • 1/2 bowlrajma
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1"cinnamon
  • 1black elaichi
  • Some Cloves
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspOnion tomato and green chilli paste
  • to tasteCream
  • As requiredButter for frying
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix daal and rajma then wash them properly soak in water for 2 hrs then put in pressure cooker add all khade masala in it bowl it.

  2. 2

    On the Other side take butter fry Ginger garlic paste and Onion tomato paste fry properly add salt and chilli add it to in daal mix it well.

  3. 3

    Daal is ready to serve garnish with cream and coriander leaves then serve it with chapati rice or naan.
