2 servings

1 cupMakhana
1/2 cupalmonds
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspsaffron
as requiredGhee for frying

Cut makhana in medium pieces. Cut almonds in medium pieces.

In a thick bottom pan, add sugar and water till sugar is soaked. Bring it boil, once start boiling add saffron,keep stirring. Boil it till it become of 3 strand sugar syrup.

Then add both makhana & almonds in sugar syrup. Mix well & set it in greased plate. Once it set,cut it into pieces
