Heat up the cooking pan

Heat up the cooking oil on low heat in the cooking pan

Cracked the eggs directly onto the pan

Add 1 slice of bread onto the eggs in the pan

Wrap the bread with the eggs in the pan

Put in the 2nd slice of bread onto the eggs in the pan (on top of the 1st slice)

Add the slice of cheese

Wrap the 2nd slice of bread with eggs too (it doesn't have to be perfect)

Turn the bread and eggs upside down in the pan to toast the other side too

Add a few spoonful of Marinara sauce on top of the eggs

Fry the seafood tofu along in the pan too

Sprinkle some thyme powder

After about 1 minute, take everything out and arrange them nicely on a plate

Add raisins for garnishing and to add a zest of sweetness to the taste
