Ingredients

Overnight
1 1/2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupoats (about 40 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupmango puree (about 120 ml)
  3. 1/2 cupchopped mango (about 80 grams)
  4. 1/2banana
  5. 1/2 cupyogurt (about 120 ml)
  6. 1/2 cupmilk (about 120 ml)
  7. 4-5 dropsvanilla extract
  8. 2 tablespoonshoney
  9. 2 tablespoonsdesiccated coconut

Steps

Overnight
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mash the chopped mango and banana together.

    Add the oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, honey, and desiccated coconut. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate overnight.

  3. 3

    The next day, add a layer of mango puree, then a layer of the oat mixture.

  4. 4

    Top with more chopped mango and serve chilled.
