4 tbspsugar
As per tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspCumin powder
As requiredBlack pepper powder

2 tbspgreen chutney
2 tbspsweet chutney
1 tbspchana dal

Place the idlis in the bowl. Pour sweet curd on it. Sprinkle black salt, black pepper powder. Cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chutney, sweet chutney, sev and chana dal.

Keep in the fridge for a 1-2 hours. Leftover idli chaat is ready to serve. Serve chilled.
