Banana-Njugu cake#sugar-less#5ingredientsrecipecontest#4wkschal#

Sugar-less cake. Good for the diabetic too.
I omitted the sugar ingredient since the bananas were too sweet. Though this is optional, use 50g if need be.
I used full cream milk, so I avoided the margarine or oil ingredient too.

Steps
- 1
Sieve your flour. Grease and dust your baking tin. Set both aside. Pre-heat your oven. I used charcoal Jiko, with sand soil in a big Sufuria, three stones on the soil, covered the sufuria and placed on the Jiko to pre-heat.
- 2
Blend your bananas with milk, set aside. In a bowl, put the eggs and beat them well in one direction.
- 3
Add flour to the eggs, alternating with the banana-milk mixture and the ground nuts, mixing well in one direction.
- 4
Pour the batter into the baking tin and spread it evenly. Put the batter tin inside the big Sufuria, on top of the three stones. Cover the big Sufuria and put some hot charcoal on top of the lid. Bake for 60 to 90minutes. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
