Ingredients

4to 6person
  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1 cupCurd
  3. As required Salt, chilli powder, coriander powder,amchur
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. 2 tbspChana daal
  6. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  7. FewCurry leaves
  8. 1 tbspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Make a paste of suji and curd rest for 10 mins.

    Add salt chana dal baking powder,1tbsp oil grease idle stand and place the mixture in it

  3. 3

    Put cooker on gas add 1 glass water boil it and place idle stand

  4. 4

    Cover the lid without wistle cook 15 minutes, check with knife if clean remove the stand

  5. 5

    In a kadhai put oil and chana dal, sarso seeds, curry patta cook it 1 min.

  6. 6

    Add spices and idle cover it 5 minutes ready for serving

  7. 7

    Add fresh coriander leaves taste with ketchup and green chutney or coconut chutney.
