Add salt, curd and using.water,make a flowing consistency batter. Set aside for 10 mins.

Heat a.non stick pan, pour a laddle full and spread it evenly in circular motion. If you wish you can add onions and spices.

Cook from both sides and serve hot with coconut chutney.
